Do a google product search for “heat transfer vinyl;” you will come up with a lot of excellent sources. Coastal Business is one option.

Where do you get the excellent heat tranfer vinyl rolls? I been wanting to make my own designs for my own purposes and I have everything minus the vinyl for shirts..

Also what blades do you use? My machine uses 45 & 60 degree blades.

Heat applied film won’t fade. Some films will rival screen printing. This is for under 48 pieces, screen print is better for over 48 pieces.

  16. Militia7 Says:

How many washes before they start to fade though bro?!… Are there any heat transfer techniques that effectively rival or defeat traditional screenprinting?

  17. venomsmusic Says:

How does it look after you wash it? Does the design holds? Or will the Logo design pills a bit once it get washed?

  18. namnlooos Says:

usally longer then the fiber in the t-shirt

  19. mannye1231 Says:

ok, so for this type you don’t need sublimation ink right? because the color is got from the vinyl? Also, how can a person print or plot let’s say, a picture or something with different colors?

  20. Patriotman54 Says:

    what is a goof cutter to buy ? 270 640 5808

  21. DCindustries619 Says:

can you only make one t shirt at a time? and also how long does it usually take to do one shirt?

  22. RawrHotness Says:

    How long does this last?
    Like after you wash?

  23. ca95f Says:

You can apply the same technique to a slik printing mesh and then silk print as many as you want without chemicals.

  24. CTWcauseiMissyou Says:

i reckon its cool but it seems it has to be done one at a time…where silk screening u can do multiple projects/shirts dont get me incorrect i like the vinyl also : )

  25. reynoldswrap23 Says:

that is a long time for that type of pressing, isnt 7 seconds the norm? what temperature are you set at? thanks for the rubbing technique on the cool peel though, i havent tried that yet.
