you just replaced the coolant. You didn’t flush it.
Flushing would involve dislodging rust and other debris with water pressure inbetween coolant change.
109 degree weather in TX, SAE 40 motor oil in the summer always and 10W 40 in the winter. Please dont buy prediluted coolant just get the straight stuff and dilute it your self. -TX
Dude ur coolant is so light green u dont need to change it…lol. Likes the demo..should use some rad flush on an older model. Ussually with an older model the bottom plug is clogged and u need to pull the bottom rad hose. liked the demo though..lol…excellent job man
i’m a mechanic and this procedure is ok if the ancient coolant isn’t ancient and has been changed every 2 years or so you can just drain and add new coolant, but,if system has been neglected and is rusty you need to flush it properly which is called a back flush,if not ols sediment and rust will be place right back in the system with the new coolant.buy a prestone back flush kit and use your garden hose.WARNING DON’T USE ON HOT ENGINE YOU MAY CRACK THE BLOCK,HEADS,ETC.BACK FLUSH WITH ENGINE COLD.HAVE FUN!
thanks a ton i accidentaly place the incorrect coolant in my car and i had to make an emergency flush and i had never done it b4 and ur video got me threw it thanks a ton for saving my radiator
