How much does a new boiler cost?
Just had a e mail from the estate agents our tenent has reported a leak in the boiler, we have home care with british gas but they came out and said the boiler is too ancient and needs replacing. Just wondering how much are we gonna have to pay out?

Depends on what sort of boiler it is…you may find a combi boiler is cheaper than the one you have now, but I would still budget for about £750

between 3-500 pounds maybe more. R u sure it is two ancient to be repaired. you could always get a second opinion. If a boiler is over a certain number of years ancient it is sometimes more cost effective to get u to have a new boiler then to repair the ancient system.

If it is a combi swap, and a excellent boiler with 5 years guarantee, magnetic filter, dual temperature control and condensing in hot water as wellas heating, work on 2k, if you have tanks and change to the combi as above, work on 2.5 – 3k.
